Your Teacher
Michael has been teaching actively in the DC area for 20 years after moving to Washington, DC to attend Graduate Music School. Since graduating with a Masters in Performance, he has toured the world in performance settings and held an active studio of students. Studying under great teachers himself, has given him the tools to design lesson plans specific to the student and be attentive to each students needs.
Michael understands what it takes to make lessons fun, engaging, and all around great musical experience's that keep his students motivated and excited to get better on their instrument.
These days many people want to study music for pure enjoyment or to play the songs of their favorite musicians. Michael has an edge in this with his vast performance and teaching background.
